Welcome to Point Grey

Point Grey is located in a stunning peninsula setting, surrounded by the Peel Inlet and the Harvey Estuary in the Shire of Murray, Western Australia.

Situated approximately 20 kilometres west of the Pinjarra townsite, Point Grey is also approximately 35 kilometres south east of the Mandurah city centre.

With the completion of the Bunbury-Perth Highway, the Point Grey site will be ideally located to major transport routes to Perth city and the South West.

Overlooking the Dawesville channel, Point Grey boasts a natural bushland setting combined with direct water access.

Port Bouvard Ltd acquired approximately 275 hectares of land at Point Grey in 2007, which it now plans to develop into a vibrant tourism and residential townsite, centered around a world-class marina facility.  Point Grey will become an attractive location for residents seeking an active waterside lifestyle, as well as an attractive destination for local, national and international visitors.

It is anticipated that once completed, approximately 6,500 residents will enjoy the many attributes of this beautiful setting, including its direct access to the waterways and natural bush setting.

The purpose of this website is to provide project related information and important links to keep residents, visitors and other stakeholders up to date with the project and the development of Point Grey.
